Interactive onboarding in Voluum
Voluum offers the Get Started Checklist feature for self-onboarding. It contains recommended steps for setting up reliable campaign tracking in Voluum.
The Checklist is personalized based on answers from the onboarding survey. Each step guides through a necessary part of the setup, allowing users to make decisions along the way.
Voluum Note: The feature is available to all users who have created their accounts after February 19th, 2025.
Why use Get Started Checklist?
If you follow these steps, you will create a working campaign ready to record conversions. You will also learn what each step does and why it is necessary or recommended.
This guided experience allows you to:
- Onboard quickly and jump straight to tracking
- Build error-free setup
- Smartly organize your workload with collaboration tools (if included in your plan)
- Enable future scaling
How does it work?
The list contains four modules:
- Account: Domains, Workers and Workspaces
- Basic: Tracking setup
- Advanced: Custom conversion tracking
- Resources: Answers to popular problems
Each module contains steps needed to set up tracking. Read the description and click on the step to configure a given setup aspect. Once you finish, you can check this step off.
Note that some steps are checked off automatically upon completion.
How to access it?
After the first login, the Get Started checklist will be visible on the right-hand side of the screen.

The Get Started checklist will always be accessible through a button in the bottom-right corner.
The Checklist will be automatically completed once you track your first conversion.
You can also disable the Checklist in:
- Get Started checklist in the Resources module
- In Voluum general settings.
