Traffic Company and Voluum

Traffic Company is the CPA affiliate network that has offers from a wide variety of verticals. The following guide instructs you on how to set up tracking of their offers with Voluum.

The following things are required before you start the setup process:

• An active Voluum account.
• An active Traffic Company account.

Once you have everything, you can proceed with the guide.

The first thing you need to do is to add a Traffic Company affiliate network to Voluum. In order to do so, perform the following steps:

1. In Voluum, go to the Affiliate networks tab.

2. Click the Create button and select the Affiliate network option from the drop-down menu.

   

3. Select the Traffic Company affiliate network template.

4. Click the Next button.

   

5. Copy the Voluum domain name to the clipboard.

6. Click the Save button.

   

The second thing you need to do is to submit the postback URL to Traffic Company:

1. In Traffic Company, click your profile icon and select the Account option from the drop-down menu.

   

2. Go to the Postbacks view.

3. Click the Edit postback settings button.

   

4. Select the Voluum platform.
5. Paste the Voluum domain name in the Voluum domain text field.

6. Click the Save button.

   

This postback will be valid for all Traffic Company offers.

The third thing you need to do is to get an offer from Traffic Company

1. In Traffic Company, go to the Promotions view and select the offer category.

   

2. Select the offer you want to promote.

   

3. Provide information about a promotion in the Promo info text field and tick the box that acknowledges that you have read promotion regulations.

4. Click the Create link button.

   

5. Click the Copy button to copy the offer URL to the clipboard.

   

You now have the offer URL. The last thing you need to do is to add an offer to Voluum.

In order to add an offer to Voluum, perform the following steps:

1. In Voluum, go to Offers.

2. Click the Create button and select the Offer option from a drop-down menu.

   

3. Select the Traffic Company affiliate network from the Affiliate network drop-down menu.
4. Provide a name for an offer in the Offer name text field.
5. Paste the offer URL that you have copied from Traffic Company in the Offer URL text field.
6. Copy a tracking parameter and add it to the offer URL after the ? character.

7. Click the Save button.

   

You can now use this offer element in your campaigns.
