III. Set Up Conversion Tracking
The last step of this guide and the last step of the placement setup is about conversion tracking. This will allow Voluum to pass information about conversion to AdSupply. You do not need to configure this, use it only if you want to have all information in AdSupply as well as in Voluum. In order to configure this, follow the steps below:
- In AdSupply, in the Step 8. Conversion tracking step of the placement setup in AdSupply, click the Script tab.
-
Select a pixel from the three available ones and copy it to the clipboard. The pixel you select defines the level that conversions will be reported to. You can report conversions on an advertiser, campaign or placement level.
-
Your copied pixel should look like this:
<script type="text/javascript" src="https://engine.4dsply.com/Pixel/Script?cid=40881"></script>
Delete everything apart from the URL in quotation marks. Your edited pixel should look like this:
https://engine.4dsply.com/Pixel/Script?cid=40881
Copy it to the clipboard.
- In Voluum, edit the AdSupply traffic source that you have created.
- Paste the URL from the conversion pixel in the Pixel redirect URL text field.
-
Click the Save button.
You have successfully configured conversion tracking.
