Deleting Workspaces


You can delete a private workspace if you don't plan to use it, provided that there are no elements assigned to it. You cannot, however, delete a Public Workspace.

Prepareing to delete a workspace

Before you delete a workspace, unassign:

  • Campaign elements: campaigns, offers, affiliate networks, traffic sources, flows
  • Users
  • Domains

Deleting a Workspace

  1. In Voluum, go to Settings / Collaboration tools.
  2. Click the icon next to the given workspace to delete it.
  3. Click the Yes, delete button to confirm. Note that this cannot be undone.

The workspace has been deleted.

Errors when deleting workspaces

If there are problems when deleting a workspace, you will get an error message. Click Details to learn more.

You will get a list of all elements that need to be unassigned. Click the button next to a given element to change its workspace.

Once you unassign all elements, you can finally delete the workspace.
