A CSV Template with New Offers

All data provided in Voluum should be structuralized appropriately. This also applies to the Export/Import feature. When you upload a CSV file with your new offers to Voluum, you need to add them according to a certain pattern. The first line in the CSV template that you can download from Voluum informs you which properties should be added to which columns.

Below you can take a look at an example of offer's data added to the CSV file - keep in mind that the offer's data should be placed in one row in the CSV file:

# 1. Offer's name;2. Offer's URL;3. Country code;4. Affiliate Network ID;5. Payout;6. Tags;7. Conversion cap enabled;8. Daily cap;9. Conversion cap time zone;10. Conversion cap redirect offer ID

My Offer;http://voluum.com?subid={clickid};AF;5756a726-094b-4046-a9f4-121afaf0ebc2;10.00;local george;true;50;Pacific/Honolulu;0728007b-dd08-4d76-96c5-a67d42a9e91c

Moreover, there are basic rules that you need to follow to avoid issues with the file upload:

  1. The file must be properly formatted CSV and saved using UTF-8 character encoding.
  2. One CSV file can contain up to 250 offers. It means that there should be up to 251 rows in the file - the first row is dedicated for a description of columns.
  3. One offer is represented on a separate row in the CSV file.
  4. In the file, each row must end with a line break.
  5. Each column must be separated with a semicolon.
  6. Only certain pieces of information are required and they are associated with the required fields in the offer's form in Voluum. Other properties might remain blank.
  7. Offer's properties need to be added according to the following patterns:

1. Offer's name

If you are familiar with the Voluum offer’s name pattern, it should be the custom suffix of the offer’s name that you provide in the Name field in Voluum:
