Voluum support hours: 09:00 a.m. - 05:00 p.m. | Mon - Fri | (Time zone: CET)

Voluum uses a priority-based support ticketing system that guarantees the following response times:

  • Grow pricing plan: Maximum time to respond is 4h.

  • Profit pricing plan: Maximum time to respond is 12h

  • Discover pricing plan: Maximum time to respond is 24h.
