MOBIPIUM and Voluum

MOBIPIUM is an affiliate network platform that aggregates mobile-oriented offers that are mostly in-house ones. With the help of this guide, you will quickly learn how to track their offers with Voluum.

There are several things required for setting up tracking. So before you dive in into this guide, make sure you have the following:

• An active Voluum account
• An active MOBIPIUM account

Once you have everything ready, proceed to the first step.

In the first step, you need to get an offer from MOBIPIUM. This will provide you with a tracking link that you will later submit as an offer link in Voluum. In order to do so, perform the following steps:

1. In MOBIPIUM, go to the Market view.
2. Use the filtering criteria to narrow down your search.

3. Click the offer you want to promote.

   

4. Click the Setup campaign button.

   

5. Tick the box that states that you know traffic regulations and restrictions.

6. Click the Setup campaign button.

   

7. Click the button to copy the tracking URL to the clipboard.

   

In the second step, you need to create an affiliate network element from the MOBIPIUM template. This will provide you the tracking parameters that you will need to include in the URL that you have copied. Follow the steps below:

1. In Voluum, go to the Affiliate networks tab.

2. Click the Create button and select the Affiliate network option from the drop-down menu.

   

3. Select the MOBIPIUM template.

4. Click the Next button.

   

5. Click the Save button.

   

In the third step of this guide, you need to add an offer element that will direct visitors to the tracking link that you have copied from MOBIPIUM. In order to do so, perform the following steps:

1. In Voluum, go to Offers.

2. Click the Create button and select the Offer option from a drop-down menu.

   

3. In the New offer form, select the MOBIPIUM affiliate network element that you have just created from the Affiliate network drop-down menu.
4. Provide a name for the offer in the Offer name text field.
5. Paste the URL that you have copied from MOBIPIUM in the Offer URL text field.

   Copy the tracking parameter and paste it at the end of the offer URL after the & character. Your tracking URL should look like this:
7. Click the Copy button to copy the postback URL to the clipboard.

8. Click the Save button.

   

Postbacks allow you to track conversions. You now have the pre-configured postback URL copied in your clipboard. The next step is to submit it to MOBIPIUM. In order to do so, perform the following steps:

1. In MOBIPIUM, go to the Pixel view.
2. Paste the copied postback URL in the Please provide you callback URL here text field.

3. Click the UPDATE button on the right.

   

4. Provide the Voluum's cid parameter name that passes the click ID value in the text field.
5. Click the UPDATE button on the right.

You have now configured tracking of MOBIPIUM offers. You can use this offer element in your campaign funnels.
