Managing Zeropark Campaigns in Voluum

With Zeropark and Voluum accounts integrated, and campaigns configured, you can now manage your Zeropark campaigns from within Voluum. The following article describes basic actions that you can perform on Zeropark integrated campaigns.

Pausing and Resuming Campaigns

You can pause and resume any integrated campaign. Select the campaign by clicking it and:

  • Click the Pause button to pause the campaign

  • Click the Resume button to resume the campaign

Caution

Voluum Note: If you have a daily budget set for your campaign in Zeropark, and you ran out of the daily budget, the campaign will have Out of daily budget  status. For such campaign you will notice that both buttons Pause and Resume are visible. Clicking the Pause button will pause the incoming traffic as usual. Clicking the Resume button will reset the daily budget limit and will allow to keep your campaign running.

Pausing and Resuming Traffic for Selected Variables

You can pause and resume traffic for selected variables. In order to do so, perform the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Voluum.

  2. Go to the Campaigns tab. The Campaigns view will show up.

  3. Click the desired campaign and click the Report button. The specific report tab will open next to the Home tab.

  4. Click on one of the following variables from the Grouping drop-down menu.

    • ISP/Carrier

    • Mobile carrier

    • Source

    • Target

    • Keyword

    • Country

    • State/Region

    • City

  5. Click the Apply button.

  6. Click the pause_variable.png button to pause traffic next to the variable value or click the resume_variable.png button to resume traffic.

Caution

Voluum Note: The traffic variables which can be paused / resumed are dependent on the initial targeting that was set for the campaign on Zeropark.

Archiving and Restoring Campaigns

Archiving an integrated campaign in Voluum will delete this campaign from Zeropark. You can always restore the campaign in Voluum, but you will have to log in to Zeropark to manually restore the campaign there. You have 24 hours before the archived campaign will be permanently deleted from Zeropark. This will cause the loss of all data about targets, keywords, geo's and custom bids. Restoring the campaign in Voluum only will cause that you will not be receiving any traffic and will not be able to perform any bid adjustments.

Archiving

In order to archive an integrated campaign, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the Campaign view.

  2. Click the campaign that you want to archive and then click the Archive button.

  3. Click the Ok button to confirm the action.

  4. This will archive the desired campaign in Voluum and delete it on your Zeropark account. The campaign status will be changed to Archived.

Restoring

To restore an archived campaign in Voluum, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the Campaign view.

  2. By default, Voluum does not show archived campaigns. To see the archived campaign, click the Active button on the right-hand side of the screen and select the Archived option from the drop-down menu.

  3. Select the campaign that you want to restore and then click the Restore button.

  4. The 1 campaign has been successfully restored confirmation message will be displayed.

  5. Your campaign was restored in Voluum, but you will have to restore it in Zeropark manually within 24 hours, if you want to receive any traffic. After 24 hours, the campaign will be permanently deleted from Zeropark, and you will have to set it up again.

To restore an archived campaign in Zeropark, perform the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Zeropark.

  2. By default, Zeropark does not show deleted campaigns. To see deleted campaigns, in the Dashboard view, check the Show deleted option on the right-hand side of the screen.

  3. Select the campaign that you want to restore, click the Action button and click the Restore option from the drop-down menu.

Changing Campaign Bids

You can adjust bids for your Zeropark integrated campaign in Voluum. Changing bids will take effect instantaneously, and changes will be visible in Zeropark as well. To change campaign bids, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the Campaign view.

  2. In the Bids column, click plus_icon.png or minus_icon.png buttons to adjust your bid value. Alternatively, you can provide the new bid value in the field.

Caution

Voluum Note: If more than one Zeropark campaign with the same campaign URL was found, the campaign in Voluum will get a status “Unavailable”, and you will not be able to change bids.

Changing Campaign Bids for Selected Variables

The integration provides you also an opportunity to adjust bids for selected variables. The options available depend on the type of the campaign that was set in Zeropark. In order to change bids for different grouping options, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the campaign's specific report.

  2. Select on of the below variable from the grouping drop-down menu:

    • Keyword (Match)

    • Target

    • Multi-Geo

    • Source

  3. In the Bids column, click plus_icon.png or minus_icon.png buttons to adjust your bid value. Alternatively, you can provide the new bid value in the field.

Working in Bulk

Voluum enables you to work with several elements at once. This allows you to archive / restore many campaign's elements at once. The subject of archiving and restoring campaign's elements in bulk is covered in the Archiving / Restoring Entities in Voluum article.
