Voluum Interface Changes

Once you integrate your Zeropark and Voluum accounts, you will be able to see the following changes on your Voluum account:

New Columns

After the integration, new columns are added in the campaign's view. Some columns might be hidden by default. In order to hide or show columns, click the pasted_image_0__4_.png button, and check or uncheck the box next to the column name.

Below you will find the description of the new columns:

  • External campaign - campaign name in Zeropark

  • Status - this column shows current status of your Zeropark campaign

    • Active - The campaign is active, you can change bids and perform other actions like pausing or archiving.

    • Paused - The campaign is paused; the traffic is not being sent to this campaign, but you can still change the bid.

    • Out of daily budget - The campaign was paused automatically due to reaching the limit of the daily budget you have set on your Zeropark account. In order to reset the daily budget you need to click the Resume button.

    • Out of budget - The campaign was paused automatically due to reaching the limit of the campaign budget you set on your Zeropark account. In order to reset the budget you need to click the Resume button.

    • Out of credit - Your Zeropark account is out of credit. In order to make a top up, you need to log into Zeropark.

    • Archived - The campaign was archived in Voluum and deleted in Zeropark. The traffic is not being sent to this campaign. In order to start buying traffic you need to restore the campaign in Zeropark. You have 24 hours to restore the campaign before it will be archived and no

    • Pending - The campaign is waiting for the approval. Once the campaign is approved, you will start to receive traffic.

    • Day parting - The campaign uses the day parting feature. To learn more about this feature, read the https://zeropark.com/docs/zeropark-features/day-parting/ article.

    • Banned - The campaign is banned by Zeropark compliance due to the violation of Zeropark campaign compliance policy and requirements. To find out the exact reason, please contact Zeropark Customer Success team (email: support@zeropark.com).

    • Draft - The creation of the campaign is still in progress. You can finish the draft only via the Zeropark panel.

    • Rejected - Campaign is rejected in the campaign approval process. If you want to know the reason of the rejection, contact the Zeropark support team (email:   ) or read the https://zeropark.com/docs/getting-started/campaign-rejection/ article.

    • Unavailable - Campaign is active but cannot be modified via Voluum panel. The main reason is that the Voluum campaign URL was provided to more than one Zeropark campaign.

  • Bid - current bid that was set in Zeropark.

  • Visibility - This indicator shows the strength of your campaign bid against the competition. To learn more about Zeropark's campaings visibility, read the https://zeropark.com/docs/zeropark-features/the-visibility-indicator/ article.

Overview Bar

When creating a specific report for the integrated campaign, an overview bar will be displayed in the top-right part of the screen. The overview bar can be used for a quick reference. It contains the following information:

  • Campaign's name

  • Campaign's status

  • Bids

  • Visibility
