Voluum Mobile App: Notifications

Voluum mobile app allows you to display push-type of notifications when either a predefined or a custom-defined event occurs. Thanks to that you will always be aware of what is going on with your campaigns.

Find Out What You Can Do

In terms of notifications, the Voluum Mobile App allows you to:

  • Receive notifications when one of the events listed below occurs:

    • First conversion in a campaign

    • Conversion cap at 75% of daily limit

    • Conversion cap at 100% of daily limit

    • Exceeded the limit of events

    • Twice exceeded the limit of events

    • Payment failed

    • Payment succeeded

    • ... and more to come soon!

  • Receive alerts send by an Auto-rule. To learn more about Auto-rules, read the Rules article.

Notifications in the Voluum Mobile App

With Voluum Mobile app's enhanced notification features, stay informed about important events in your campaigns. Be constantly in touch and react whenever necessary. Read the use cases below to learn, how you can use the notifications feature:

I. Receive notifications

  1. Wait for a notification-triggering event to happen.

  2. Open the notification.

II. Check Inbox

  1. Tap the Inbox icon to check your notifications.

  2. Open an unread notification.

III. Select notifications

  1. Tap the profile_settings.png icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Disable the toggle next to an event that you do not want to be notified about.

IV. Create custom notifications

  1. Tap the profile_settings.png icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Tap the Custom notification rules button and then tap the Create custom button.

  3. Provide the name of your rule.

  4. Select an element that this rule will be applied for (either campaign or offer).

  5. Tap the Add condition button.

  6. In condition settings, select a trigger and provide a trigger value. Select a logical condition (either "Scored more" or "Scored less"). Tab the Save button.

  7. Select a time range.

  8. Tap the Save and quit button.
