DSP Categories in Specific Reports

Voluum DSP Reporting Specific Traffic Data

Voluum allows you to view your data gathered in categories. You can view all elements in a given category as a global report or create a specific report and view grouped data there.

You can create the report based on the selected campaign element or category, which is called the specific report. Upon creating your specific report, you can select different settings to narrow down your data or group it by chosen criteria. You can mix different report settings, for example use both grouping and drill-down reports to outline the most insightful report for you.

Below you can find a description of all categories in specific reports. Mind that categories are contextually oriented and their visibility change according to selected report options.

Campaign Elements in Specific Reports

In the below table, you can find what types of campaign elements are available in a specific view of Voluum DSP reporting:

Provides a list of campaigns with their characteristics

Provides a list of offers with their characteristics

Provides a list of paths used in the selected campaign with their characteristics

Advanced Categories in Specific Reports

While viewing the specific report, the following additional categories become available:

Description

creatives_toolbar.png

Provides the list of creatives for the selected campaign

keywords_toolbar.png

Provides the list of keywords for a given campaign. The list of keywords is only available if you have applied keywords in the Contextual targeting section in the campaign form. To read more about adjusting an ad display to site keywords, go to the Contextual Targeting: Overview article.

conversions_toolbar.png

Provides you the list of all recorded conversions for the selected campaign or campaign element. It also allows you to see visitor's IP in the Visitor IP column.

Note

Voluum Info: Conversions are mapped to your campaign’s report using selected conversion registration time reporting type. If you want to change this setting, read the General Settings: Conversion Registration Time Reporting article.

You can select the following sub-categories from the drop-down menu:

  • Ad  exchanges: Provides the list of ad exchanges set for a single campaign. The list is available, although it is highly recommended to ad one ad exchange per campaign. 

  • Sites: Provides the list of referrers (websites where ads were displayed)

  • Widget IDs: Provides the list of IDs of widgets where you advertisements were displayed

  • Applications: Provides the list of applications where your ads were served

Provides information on bid changes and paused elements such as specific apps, IP addresses, cities for the selected campaign with details when the changes were made. Keep in mind the adjustments are sorted in descending order of priority.

You can select the following sub-categories from the drop-down menu:

  • Connection type: Provides the traffic data for different connection types (such as broadband, wireless, dialup, cable, xdsl, mobile).

  • ISP/Carrier: Provides the traffic data divided by ISPs and carriers

  • Mobile carrier: Provides the traffic data divided by mobile carriers

Provides the traffic data divided by country, state (region), or city. This is the only category where you can create a specific report for the selected country.

This category is visible only in the specific report for campaigns and allows you to view users IP addresses.

audience_segments_toolbar.png

Provides the list of device IDs where ads were displayed what allows to retarget visitors based on the aggregated data.

You can select the following sub-categories from the drop-down menu:

  • Device types: Provides the traffic data divided by device types (such as mobile phone, desktop, tablet)

  • Brands: Provides the traffic data divided by device brand

  • Models: Provides the traffic data divided by specific device model

You can select the following sub-categories from the drop-down menu:

  • OS: Provides the traffic data divided by operating system type

  • OS version: Provides the traffic data divided by operating system version.

browsers_toolbar.png

You can select the following sub-categories from the drop-down menu:

  • Browsers: Provides the traffic data divided by browser type

  • Browser versions: Provides the traffic data divided by browser version

live_events_toolbar.png

This option allows you to view the last 100 events, registered by Voluum. You can choose if you want to see clicks or visits by selecting an appropriate value from the Live events drop-down menu.

Tip

Voluum Tip: In order to refresh data and see the newest events, click the Refresh button.

Shows the list of languages that are identified from visitors' browsers

You can select the following sub-categories from the drop-down menu:

  • Day: To analyze the gathered traffic data day-by-day

  • Month: To take a look at the collected data for each month

You can select the following sub-categories from the drop-down menu:

  • Hour of day: To analyze the gathered traffic data hour-by-hour

  • Day of week: To take a look at the collected data for each day of the week. For example, it allows you to take a look at the data for the last three Thursdays.

It allows to gain an insight how your campaign setup fits to currently available traffic. To read more, go to the Traffic Opportunities article.

optimization_toolbar.png

Optimization: In this tab, you will see the performance of the traffic bought organically, Non-optimized, and according to the model recommendation, Optimized. This tab only shows up if you have set Auto-Optimization for your campaign. To find out more, go to the Auto-Optimization article.
